Help please with optimisation issues?
Our company have just had a website designed for us by an outsourced company however the only way to find our site in the WWW is to type the company name NIAGRI.
Should the web designers be putting meta tags etc on the site. We also don't have any keywords etc. I'm not really up on the backgrounds of websites so any help would be most appreciated.

yes this is our site. I think its diverting back to thier server for some reason. The web design company are not being too helpful at the moment so if I can find out some information about what is going on behind the site I will have some knowledge about what they are fobbing me off with!
