How do you remove a website from the internet without the creators being able to trace you?
But I want too, Adam, I want too.....If I can do that I can remove porn and the phishing sites. I think the "best" way would be to report criminal sites to authorities, but since they are so useless, it doesn't help much.

Servers is what is used to host the site. If you attack them, you will likely get caught, sued + possibly serve jail time.
If you hack, the same will be done.
Simple answer- You can't.
