I recommend doing a lot of research to begin with - checking how many small / home businesses are in your area and making sure there are enough to support you!
Then have a talk to a few of them and find out what they need and how much they would pay.

Even the best home based businesses cannot help you make money unless you are willing to work. Many people have the wrong idea when it comes to making money online or with a home based business.
