Help for Website promotion?

I was uploaded my new website http://www.alluniv.com 2 month ago with 5 pages but today it has nearly 100 pages .

I do my best to increase number of visitors but it is leas than 10 , and google only send 2 visitor per day.

I have sitemap.xml and submit it to google , yahoo and msn
I have rss feed and I submit it to google
I try to exchange liks with other web sites

but still nothing increase

could you please help me ??
