What is the best software to use to create a website for a small business?
I have the intention of creating a website for someone who works on their own, and want to know what software to buy - preferably one that can try before you buy. The only thing is I tried Dreamweaver and I thought very difficult to use. Could anyone recommend a better one? Thanks.
I do not know what kind of requirement needs the website but if self-employed and which to present their products to the public web, maybe for the first boot you can create your first blog.
