I need a website lease agreement. Any suggestions?
In the last year we launched a locally-focused website. It's grown so popular that my partners and I are launching several more. But now we're looking at a new business model... to offer a lease option for these sites. The person looking to start a new internet business would pay a yearly fee for the complete and fully functional site... and in turn, would make considerably more money back through advertising.
So anyway, I was trying to find a lease online that would more or less cover this. Any idea where to look?
