With about 200 employees in the advertising company, I would assume there will be a lot of transfer of data among the departments and employees. Consider a list of possible computer applications that could operate over a LAN network and support employees and the daily operations of the business.
They will need to perform processing, word processing, graphic designs, spreedsheet operations and market analysis. What type of LAN network might be suggested? What would be the topology? The medium access control method? What kind of support equipment (hubs, servers) mightbe needed? Where would that support equipment be located?
if you follow me up i have best answer.
In this senario; it is better to manage centrally all your computer and users. for this i advise you to implement "Client Server" networking.
Get one fast performing and larg storage Computer and install the "Mocrosoft Windows Server 2003" and in rest all 200 computers install "Microsoft Windows Xp"
Join all 200 PCs to the "Microsoft Windows Server 2003" domain.
Now you are able assign policies and rights, to all users and computers from the server.

Does the company boast a high retention rate, or do people drop off the MLM company radar after a few short months? If the company cannot hold people in their business, there is an unidentified underlying glitch. Holding onto your downline will be like pouring water into a leaky bucket.
Compensation
What is the Network Marketing Company's compensation plan? Does the plan reward for correct behavior? Is the plan designed to create long term residual income…or is it designed to only allow for part time income? Can you open more than one business center? Does the company cap out your income potential…or do they allow you to go on to become a millionaire?
Some Network Marketers are fooled into believing they have joined the best business, because "there is no autoship, or nothing more to buy." Rest assured…your commissions will prominently reflect just that.
Education and Your Upline
Does your upline have a reputation of great leadership? Does he/she have your best interest at heart… or are they simply making random phone calls and running through the streets playing the ever so unpopular and detested sign up game? Did your upline ask you what your goals for the future were? Are they interested in what you need…or do they flash around pictures of fancy cars and their big bank accounts to entice you? If they are trying to entice you…there's a 99.9% chance the only interest they have…is making a chunk of money for themselves by "signing you up."
A true leader with your best interest at heart will put your needs first, and leave theirs on the back burner.
They will also take the time to train you properly, so you can produce true residual income for yourself as well as for your team.
At The End Of The Day
It's crucial to do your homework before you join a Network Marketing Business opportunity. You are creating a business, built around you. You want to be able to create an endless stream of residual income for you and for your family.
Your upline's success will never guarantee your success. In order to achieve the same success and commissions they are receiving…you would have to recreate and duplicate every single move and business step they took since they began, in order to get there.
