Work at Home Moms WAHMs - How do you find balance?
I am a sahm/wahm and I'm wondering how other mom's find balance between work and kids throughout the day? My job keeps me busy, but I don't want to be that mom that 'shooo's' her kids away all day. My children are young, and 3 years apart, they have different nap times, so there's not just one long stretch that I can get work done w/ napping children. Please share your hints and tips for me and other wahm's!!
I am an artist and muralist. I happen to work when my kids are in school. I think yours do not go to school yet. But regardless I really did not start working at home alot until all 3 went to school. Being a mom is hard enough work. But the type of work I do actually enables my kids to help if they want. When I worked at home in sales, it was real hard to be on the phone with little kids, too stressful and I gave that up. It was too hard for the kids to be quiet with the snap of a finger.
